SELLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ARTICLE 1 – Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) apply, without restriction, to all sales made by the Seller to non-professional buyers (“Customers”), who wish to purchase the products offered for sale (“Products”) on the website www.fixyourskin.fr. The Products currently offered include:

  • Facial Sauna

  • Ultrasonic Purifier

  • Collagen Mask Device

  • Electroporation and LED Light Treatment Device

Product specifications, illustrations, and dimensions are provided on www.fixyourskin.fr. Customers are responsible for reviewing these before placing an order. Product availability is subject to stock.

By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these T&Cs. Records in the Seller’s system serve as proof of transactions.

ARTICLE 2 – Prices
Product prices are those displayed on www.fixyourskin.fr at the time of order. Prices are in Euros and include VAT. Shipping, handling, and delivery fees are additional and calculated during checkout.

ARTICLE 3 – Orders
Customers select Products on the website, add them to the cart, and confirm the order with personal details and chosen delivery method. Orders are final once payment is confirmed.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders in case of previous payment disputes. Customers can track their order status online. Orders can only be canceled before delivery.

ARTICLE 4 – Payment Terms
Payment is made via secure payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit card

Payment is due in full at the time of order. Transactions are encrypted and processed by an authorized payment provider. Products will not be delivered until payment is fully received.

ARTICLE 5 – Delivery
Products can be shipped worldwide. Delivery typically occurs within 10 business days. The Customer assumes risk of loss or damage once the product is physically received or handed to the chosen carrier.

Damaged, incomplete, or non-conforming Products must be reported within 2 months of delivery with proof (photos, etc.) for a refund or replacement.

ARTICLE 6 – Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of Products transfers to the Customer only after full payment is received.

ARTICLE 7 – Right of Withdrawal
Customers may return Products in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned Products.

ARTICLE 8 – Seller Liability & Warranties
Products are covered by legal warranties against defects or non-conformity. Seller liability is limited to replacement or refund of defective Products.

Seller is not responsible for:

  • Non-compliance with local laws in the delivery country

  • Misuse, professional use, negligence, normal wear, or force majeure

  • Illustrations and photos not being contractual

ARTICLE 9 – Personal Data
Customer data is collected solely for order processing and delivery. Data includes name, address, email, phone, and payment information.

Customers have rights to:

  • Access, correct, delete, and port their data

  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications

Data is retained for 5 years and stored securely.

ARTICLE 10 – Intellectual Property
All content on www.fixyourskin.fr is the Seller’s property and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

ARTICLE 11 – Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of translation, the French text prevails in case of dispute.

ARTICLE 12 – Disputes
Customers may contact the Seller for complaints. Alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation or conciliation, may be used.
